Australia – Flat rate AUD$15.00
Free shipping in Australia for orders AUD$150.00 and over
International – Flat rate AUD$35.00
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We strive to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct. In the event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a back order, product replacement, credit voucher or refund.
If you place an order on a weekday, Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm Sydney AEST) your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days if in stock.
If you place an order on the weekend (Sydney time) your order will be processed within the next 2- 3 business days if in stock. Public holiday’s observed in Australia and New South Wales are not considered business days.
If one of our products is out of stock and is on back order we will contact you immediately via email and give you an estimated time for shipment. Credit voucher, product replacement or refund are options if back order delays do not suit you.
We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier to deliver worldwide. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Upon completion of your purchase, we will organise for your product to be dispatched. A tracking number is provided by our shipping carrier for your shipment. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and contact you immediately via email. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Taxes and duties
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Although this doesn’t always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the buyer and we have no control over this process. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we suggest contacting your local customs office for more information. We work closely with our shipping carrier in an effort to help minimise the potential impact of customs delays on international orders.
5 to 10 business days for the majority of Australia. For WA, Far North QLD, NT and remote regional areas please allow an extra 2 to 3 days for delivery.
6 to 15 business days for most countries. For remote regional areas within countries please allow an extra 2 to 5 days for delivery.
